Before your chosen spa treatment visit our gym, swim in our large indoor pool and dry off in the sun, this is our own Roman ‘palaestra’. Then the therapeutic journey begins as you travel through a candlelit spa to soothe limbs in the sauna.
Our treatments are formulated with aromatherapy brand Physio Natura which combines nature’s purest and most potent active ingredients. We personalise rituals to your needs and offer a menu of body therapies for firming or relaxation, and facials for purifying, cleansing and nourishing.
